Although it was just the two of us for Thanksgiving dinner, I still cooked for an army. There were so many things that we both wanted...and we actually forgot about the mashed potatoes and biscuits at the last minute! I did most of the preparation the day before and did the final prep the morning of while Ronnie was out playing football, so it wasn't too hectic of a day.

Seriously, everything was AWESOME!! We were both very satisfied with the entire meal (only thing I didn't taste was the green been caserole). Excellent day!
