Christmas 2014

Happy New Year, everyone!  I hope 2015 has been treating you well, so far.  Now that the holidays are over, I'm trying to get back to some normalcy and hoping to move forward with some of my resolutions.  One of those resolutions being to consistently document/blog/preserve our memories.  We love to use the blog as a virtual photo album and memory book and as a way to keep family and friends updated on what we (mainly the kids) are up to.  Here's to hoping this year I'll actually follow through!

We had a great Christmas!  We were far more settled into the house than last year when we had only been here for a month and a half. That meant new ideas for decorating and lots of trial and error on where we wanted the Christmas tree.  Here are some highlights of our Christmas season:

- Decorating cookies.

-Decorating the house:

-Christmas Eve dinner with friends.

-Getting ready for Santa's arrival.

- Sprinkling reindeer food in the yard.

- The fun of Christmas morning.

- Someone was NOT happy with the gift his sister picked out for him.

- The day after Christmas, Janeysa, Frank and Valeria came for a visit.  We had a warmer than normal day and headed to a great winery to enjoy the outdoors.

- The kids LOVED having the baby here.  They laughed and laughed when she'd climb all over them.

-Kaitlyn and her Madrina (Godmother), Janeysa.

- On their last night, The Sanchez Fam treated us to a wonderful dinner at Clyde's.
